Iman is the founder and President of XQ Focus Consulting. Prior to founding the company, Iman served for more than two decades as a classroom teacher, university lecturer, and educational leader in the United States and abroad. A passionate coach and knowledgeable consultant, Iman has an incredibly high rate of success helping his clients develop their executive functions and enhance their productivity and peak performance. Drawing on his extensive academic background, Iman oversees the implementation of cutting-edge educational neuroscience research and methods into content development including XQ Focus Consulting flagship programs and highly advanced blog posts.

Analia brings nearly 20 years experience within the education sector to XQ Focus Consulting. She works with students and faculty in K-12 and higher education institutions to incorporate executive functions practices in curricular development and in meeting individual needs. Analia provides guidance to XQ Focus Consulting clients in organizational planning and development, and implementation of employee success programs. Analia also presents and runs workshops in the field of creativity, curricular instruction and design, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Elizabeth received her B.A. from the George Washington University, where she has gained invaluable experience in leadership and communications. As Director of Research and Development at XQ Focus Consulting, Elizabeth collaborates with our national and international partners to make XQ Focus more accessible; identifying clients’ needs and offering guidance on how to start the partnership. 

Witnessing firsthand the executive functioning struggles of students and parents, Elizabeth worked with CovEducation, a program designed for undergraduate students to provide mentorship to younger students nationwide during the Covid-19 pandemic. She volunteers for Freedom Aviation Network, a Nashville-based nonprofit which works in trafficking survivor support and transport. In her spare time, she enjoys flying, spending time with her three dogs, and boxing.
